• Supervise recruitment activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and standards
• Use performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
• Develop and present detailed recruiting metrics and performance reports
• Participate in the interview and selection process for specific job openings
• Advise hiring managers on requisition procedures and recruitment processes
• Ensure compliance with employment law, safety procedures, and METRO’s policies
