Supervisor, Staffing

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead, mentor and develop a high performing team of Staffing Representatives and Coordinators
- Oversee METRO’s recruitment and hiring process
- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements that elevate the sourcing, screening, selection process
- Ensure hiring strategies align with organizational goals
- Assist in the administration of overall employment and staffing programs
- Supervise recruitment activities to ensure efficiency and compliance with policies and standards
- Use performance metrics to identify bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Develop and present detailed recruiting metrics and performance reports
- Participate in the interview and selection process for specific job openings
- Advise hiring managers on requisition procedures and recruitment processes
- Ensure compliance with employment law, safety procedures, and METRO’s policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma or G.E.D. is required
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or a related degree is preferred
- Minimum of five (5) years of recruiting experience in a professional, fast-paced environment
- At least three (3) years in a supervisory or management role leading a recruitment team
- Proven experience developing and implementing end-to-end recruitment processes
- Experience managing Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Ability to develop, analyze, and present key recruiting metrics and reports
- Proven track record of initiating and executing recruitment strategies across a wide range of professional disciplines
- Experience in both corporate and agency environments is preferred
- Bilingual skills are preferred
