Supervise and mentor NOC Technicians to ensure 24/7 network surveillance and rapid incident resolution
Monitor network infrastructure including routers, switches, transport systems, and wireless platforms to ensure uptime and performance.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident management, escalation, and reporting
Ensure compliance with SLAs and KPIs through proactive monitoring and performance analysis
Provide regular reports on network health, incident trends, and team performance to senior leadership
Participate in root cause analysis and post-incident reviews to improve operational resilience

Requirements

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Information Technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of experience in a NOC or network operations environment, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.
Strong understanding of telecommunications networks, including IP, transport, and wireless technologies
Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Unified Assurance, Splunk, etc.)
Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
