• Lead the technical delivery of ServiceNow development across multiple projects and customers
• Provide consultancy and technical expertise, ensuring all development aligns with ServiceNow best practice and customer requirements
• Conduct code reviews, define standards, and ensure quality assurance of all development output
• Mentor and support junior developers, aiding skills development and progression within the team
• Contribute to the creation of skills matrices for projects and support recruitment of new colleagues within the discipline
• Deliver project-specific training and knowledge transfer to colleagues
