• Own bids end-to-end: planning, kick-off, client clarifications, drafting, reviews, signoff, and submission.

Operations

• In collaboration with Methods Strategy department and Business Units, drive periodic analysis of Methods and its competitors’ performance for selected customer accounts
• Propose insights based on benchmarks, historical data and understanding of account trends
• Identify and escalate macro risks specific to selected accounts
• Provide view on Account RFI/RFQ pipeline
• Monitor sales pipeline health and ensure timely progress of deals through the funnel
• Generate data-driven insights from CRM analytics to guide sales strategies
• Provide data on key sales performance metrics
• Contribute to win/loss analysis and recommendations for continuous improvement of sales performance
• Coordinate across the organization and geographies to focus growth of selected accounts

Sales Operations, Performance Analyst

Human Resources

• Responding to queries that arrive in the HR Inbox.
• Support the business with creating offer letters and contracts of employment for candidates.
• Draft letters regarding end of employment and variation of contract; ensure letters issued, signed, and saved to colleague files.
• Draft letters covering matters including bonus payments, salary, leave entitlements, change of Line Manager, change of location, and other employment related changes.
• Request probation completion paperwork from line managers and draft probation completion letters to colleagues.
• Manage documentation through DocuSign and HCM.
• Ensure procedures are adhered to when colleagues are onboarded and offboarded.
• Save documents and relevant correspondence to colleague files; perform pre-checks prior to audit and action outstanding requirements before audit commencement.
• Share benefit information with colleagues at the end of probation and upon request.
• Save Pension Opt-In and Opt-Out forms to employee files.
• Set up new colleagues on HCM and complete related tasks.
• Ensure colleague records are correctly maintained and authorised within HCM and the benefits portal.

HR Administrator

Security Engineer

• Build, manage and optimise Logstash pipelines and ensure reliable ingestion of structured and unstructured logs into Elasticsearch.
• Create advanced Kibana visualisations, dashboards, queries, alerts and tune dashboards for SOC use and anomaly detection.
• Configure and manage rsyslog and centralised logging for network appliances, firewalls, and infrastructure to ensure visibility and completeness.
• Administer and troubleshoot Linux systems; deploy and maintain agents, perform log parsing and scripting support (Bash, Python).
• Develop, tune and maintain detection rules (ESQL, EQL, Lucene) aligned to MITRE ATT&CK and contribute to the detection roadmap.
• Produce investigation guides and support SOC analysts with triage, escalation, and case documentation.
• Contribute to SOC maturity by developing processes, policies, alert tuning procedures, and SIEM configuration governance.
