Project Manager

• Attends project meetings as required to establish overall project scope in concert with Solution Design Specialists and manage projects from purchase order through completion.
• Coordinates with Solution Design Specialist to develop work plans, schedule, and logistics based on overall project parameters, project schedule and scope, and customer’s goals.
• Reviews project site, plans, and product specifications.
• Communicates proactively and effectively with customers and provides detailed project updates.
• Maintains detailed project documentation of key project decisions including customer requests and revisions.

• Keeps current with ERP database, all acknowledgments and estimated delivery dates, engaging in continuous follow-up, and expediting with freight suppliers and factories.
• Reviews open projects and Unbooked Sales Report on a weekly basis ensuring all forecasted dates are current.
• Ensures all proof of delivery documents and field paperwork are submitted in a timely manner.
• Performs project walk-through and is responsible for developing punch list with the third-party installer and punch list resolution.

• The Sales Campaign Manager will design, coordinate, and execute strategic sales campaigns to drive qualified opportunities and pipeline growth for Meteor Education

• Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and conduct analysis to identify priority categories, products, and markets to develop sourcing strategies. Define sourcing objectives, identify resources needed, and plan project timelines.
• Sourcing Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential new suppliers.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and effective communication. Support negotiation of contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions. Strategic Sourcing Manager

Billing Specialist

• The Billing Analyst is responsible for coordinating the invoicing process between the operations team and the customer, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• This is a cross-functional office team member who is responsible for training and managing other resources who perform the invoicing process during seasonal billing periods in addition to stepping in and performing other financial tasks as needed in the organization.
• Training, supervision and management of team members and resources in the billing process
• Achievement of financial metric targets and reporting of key metrics
• Analyze closed jobs and jobs on hold for completeness and accuracy
• Perform audit of credit memos for accuracy and compliance with corporate policy
• Summarize and report daily revenue metrics

• Develop conceptual design solutions that reflect the information gathered during the intake meeting.
• Create and present visual presentations including 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and furniture specifications based on standard deliverables using Meteor software platforms.
• Specify furniture, including finishes, and custom items within our design and quoting software using multiple manufacturers.
• Designer must work within budget constraints, timelines, recommending product solutions as discussed with salesperson and client.
• With Studio team, perform specification review and develop installation documents for each project.

Manager

• The Strategic Bids & Contracts Manager (SBCM) is responsible for compiling the company's response to solicited bids for educational furnishings and consulting services, and taking ownership of the bid process from beginning to end. This role requires compiling information from necessary internal and external parties to develop one cohesive and thorough bid response. The SBCM reviews, tracks, analyzes and reports all bid and contract events throughout the lifecycle of each contract and communicates this information to necessary team members. In addition, as time allows, this role will assist with maintenance of Meteor’s contracts as well as execution of various requests from our Sales team including insurance modifications, performance bonds, and vendor registrations.
