• Sourcing Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team and conduct analysis to identify priority categories, products, and markets to develop sourcing strategies. Define sourcing objectives, identify resources needed, and plan project timelines.
• Sourcing Suppliers: Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers that meet the company's quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and potential new suppliers.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure long-term partnerships and effective communication. Support negotiation of contracts and agreements to secure favorable terms and conditions. Conduct supplier meetings to ensure alignment to strategy and progress with corrective and improvement actions.
• Supplier Performance Management: Monitor and evaluate supplier performance, including quality, delivery, and cost metrics. Support escalation of recurring or high impact supplier performance issues. Implement corrective action and improvement plans as needed and conduct regular performance reviews to ensure continuous improvement.
• Continuous Improvement: Generate new ideas and identify best practices to support the further development and improvement of Meteor’s strategic sourcing function. Lead and support the implementation of new and improved processes.

Strategic Sourcing Manager

Billing Specialist

• The Billing Analyst is responsible for coordinating the invoicing process between the operations team and the customer, resolving issues, and answering questions.
• This is a cross-functional office team member who is responsible for training and managing other resources who perform the invoicing process during seasonal billing periods in addition to stepping in and performing other financial tasks as needed in the organization.
• Training, supervision and management of team members and resources in the billing process
• Achievement of financial metric targets and reporting of key metrics
• Analyze closed jobs and jobs on hold for completeness and accuracy
• Perform audit of credit memos for accuracy and compliance with corporate policy
• Summarize and report daily revenue metrics
• Perform analysis of revenue key metrics as requested
• Manage inbox of PODs and allocate resources to ensure adherence to metrics
• Review customer/internal documentation for accuracy and resolve discrepancies with the appropriate party
• Create invoices, organize, and save all documentation in the appropriate job folders and circulate to appropriate parties for payment

Billing Analyst

Designer

• Attend project programming meetings in person or on Zoom with salesperson, educational specialist and client to determine scope of the project.
• Collaborate with salesperson and educational specialist to strategize on how to best address the client’s needs.
• Develop conceptual design solutions that reflect the information gathered during the intake meeting.
• Create and present visual presentations including 2D drawings, 3D renderings, and furniture specifications based on standard deliverables using Meteor software platforms.
• Specify furniture, including finishes, and custom items within our design and quoting software using multiple manufacturers.
• Designer must work within budget constraints, timelines, recommending product solutions as discussed with salesperson and client.
• With Studio team, perform specification review and develop installation documents for each project.
• Must show excellent communication skills when presenting to customers and team members.
• Willingness to elevate product knowledge and application by researching K-12 and higher education environment design, product options including 100+ manufacturers, and industry trends.
• Must adhere to the Meteor Core Process as well as Design Drawing and Process standards.
• Apply knowledge of ADA, Life Safety, Fire and Electrical codes.
• Attend in-person Studio activities – scheduled meetings and training. Build a strong relationship with Studio team members.
• Must be willing to travel to client meetings, company events, onboarding in Gainesville, Florida, and functional training.

Revenue Operations

• Maintain and update Salesforce records to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Support Account Engagement (Pardot) workflows and user needs, ensuring alignment with marketing efforts.

• As a member of Meteor’s ProTech Crew, the Customer Success Technician provides on-site technical expertise and customer support for Career & Technical Education (CTE) and STEM learning environments. This role blends technical installation with customer-facing service, ensuring that equipment is properly installed, validated, and calibrated while also orienting instructors to use it effectively.
• Customer Success Technicians are the front-line face of Meteor — outgoing, professional, and strong communicators who build trust with instructors and administrators. The ideal candidate combines hands-on technical skills (robotics, pneumatics, PLCs, and electrical systems) with the ability to engage customers confidently, explain technical systems in plain language, and deliver a consistently positive service experience.
• 1. Technical Installation & Validation
• Unbox, assemble, install, and calibrate CTE/STEM equipment (e.g., robotics, mechatronics, pneumatics, PLCs, pumps).
• Conduct functionality checks and troubleshoot issues to ensure equipment is fully operational.
• Maintain accurate documentation of installation, testing, and validation.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer guidelines, and school/district requirements.
• 2. Instructor Orientation & Success Enablement
• Provide instructors and staff with orientation on new equipment, explaining key functions, safe operation, and instructional alignment.
• Communicate clearly and confidently to ensure instructors understand how to integrate technology into their teaching.

Customer Success Technician

Manager

• The Strategic Bids & Contracts Manager (SBCM) is responsible for compiling the company's response to solicited bids for educational furnishings and consulting services, and taking ownership of the bid process from beginning to end. This role requires compiling information from necessary internal and external parties to develop one cohesive and thorough bid response. The SBCM reviews, tracks, analyzes and reports all bid and contract events throughout the lifecycle of each contract and communicates this information to necessary team members. In addition, as time allows, this role will assist with maintenance of Meteor’s contracts as well as execution of various requests from our Sales team including insurance modifications, performance bonds, and vendor registrations.
• YOUR DAY TO DAY @ METEOR
• You’ll review bid solicitations and RFPs and analyze requirements to create compliance matrices.
• You’ll coordinate with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and our Studios to acquire necessary information from internal and external parties.
• You’ll prepare and organize responses including elements such as cover letter, table of contents, forms, narrative response, quote/pricing/discounting, design, product information/spec sheets, insurance certificates, bonding, etc.
• When necessary, you’ll package bids and mail to arrive prior to due date.
• You’ll maintain department content resources including our SharePoint content repository.
• You’ll maintain our contracts calendar & database to ensure timely contract renewals.
• You’ll execute ad-hoc requests such as contract modifications, insurance certificates, performance bonds, and vendor registrations to contribute to closed-won sales.
