About the role
- Grow retail and trade sales across your assigned store network
- Champion the successful store roadmap: price, standards, convenience, range, customer service, trade and local
- Benchmark store performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Support store development activity through detailed assessments and clear action plans
- Identify and promote innovation, ranging and sales opportunities into stores
- Proactively build new business and strengthen existing partnerships
Requirements
- Proven sales experience with a track record of growing a retail or multi-site network
- Hardware industry experience highly regarded
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to analyse financial reports and translate insights into action
- A solution-focused mindset, with strong problem-solving capability and resilience
- A driven self-starter who takes initiative and follows through
- An authentic, people-first approach to relationship building
- Flexibility to travel across WA with approx 2 nights away per week
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
