About the role
- Manage complex employee relations cases end to end, including performance, misconduct, grievances and investigations.
- Coach and support leaders to build confidence and capability in managing ER matters.
- Provide practical, compliant advice aligned to legislation, industrial instruments and policy.
- Assess risk and escalate complex issues, including tribunal preparation and representation.
- Identify trends and improvement opportunities to reduce future ER issues.
- Contribute to ER frameworks, tools and projects across the business.
Requirements
- Experience in an Employee Relations or similar advisory role
- Proven ability to manage complex, end to end ER cases (performance, misconduct, absence and investigations)
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills
- Ability to coach and support leaders on ER matters
- Experience influencing stakeholders at all levels and building strong working relationships
