About the role
- Manage vehicle assets through procurement, maintenance and disposal
- Provide data analysis and regular reporting to support cost reduction and decision-making
- Ensure vehicles are fit for purpose and oversee the ordering and servicing process
- Lead business improvement projects and benchmark business solutions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
- Monitor vehicle safety, maintenance, and infringements, ensuring compliance with OHS practices
Requirements
- Experience in fleet management or administration
- Exposure to truck operations is an advantage, though not essential
- Strong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving capabilities
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with Power BI is highly regarded
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
- A genuine commitment to improving safety and driving positive change
