About the role

  • Manage vehicle assets through procurement, maintenance and disposal
  • Provide data analysis and regular reporting to support cost reduction and decision-making
  • Ensure vehicles are fit for purpose and oversee the ordering and servicing process
  • Lead business improvement projects and benchmark business solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and partners
  • Monitor vehicle safety, maintenance, and infringements, ensuring compliance with OHS practices

Requirements

  • Experience in fleet management or administration
  • Exposure to truck operations is an advantage, though not essential
  • Strong planning, organisational, and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with Power BI is highly regarded
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships
  • A genuine commitment to improving safety and driving positive change
