About the role

  • Promote the Company's products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
  • Develop new business and grow the ‘pantry range’ with existing accounts.
  • Identify opportunities and generate leads.
  • Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
  • Start-to-end management of your customer accounts i.e. structured call cycle.
  • Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (sales/gross profit margin data, and account profitability).
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications, and maintaining call logs and sales records.
  • Promote & ‘drive’ the SAVE loyalty program.
  • Other administrative tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales / Account Management
  • Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
  • Prior FMCG and food service experience will be highly regarded
  • A passion and attitude for providing an outstanding customer experience
  • Present with a calm, friendly, and confident telephone manner
  • Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite.
  • Must possess a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Must be a problem solver.
