About the role
- Promote the Company's products and services and build relationships with new and existing accounts.
- Develop new business and grow the ‘pantry range’ with existing accounts.
- Identify opportunities and generate leads.
- Assist customer queries about products, prices, availability, and product uses.
- Start-to-end management of your customer accounts i.e. structured call cycle.
- Review and analyse weekly and monthly reports (sales/gross profit margin data, and account profitability).
- Perform administrative duties such as preparing monthly reports, sales proposals, quotes, and applications, and maintaining call logs and sales records.
- Promote & ‘drive’ the SAVE loyalty program.
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Sales / Account Management
- Prior experience in a fast-paced customer-facing environment
- Prior FMCG and food service experience will be highly regarded
- A passion and attitude for providing an outstanding customer experience
- Present with a calm, friendly, and confident telephone manner
- Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Be efficient with computers including Microsoft Suite.
- Must possess a valid Australian driver's license.
- Must be a problem solver.
