Requirements

  • 7+ years of lead generation, business development, or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven track record of building and managing high-performing outbound teams
  • Strong knowledge of B2B demand generation strategies and tools (HubSpot, CRM platforms, outreach automation)
  • Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
  • Competitive and results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Strong sense of accountability and ability to inspire the same in others
