About the role
- Lead the team focused on building high-quality sales pipeline through targeted outreach and engagement strategies
- Oversee daily lead generation activity and ensure consistent execution across email, social media, and phone outreach
- Optimize processes for efficiency and results
- Provide coaching and set performance metrics for the team
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leaders to align campaigns with business objectives
- Monitor conversations and messaging for professionalism, consistency, and effectiveness
- Ensure customer engagement reflects company values of integrity and service
- Oversee accurate CRM usage and reporting while providing regular insights on outreach activity
- Establish daily, weekly, and monthly outreach targets and hold the team accountable
- Standardize outreach processes, refine scripts, and leverage automation tools to increase efficiency
- Stay informed on industry trends and best practices, adapting strategies accordingly
- Recruit, train, and mentor Demand Generation Specialists to ensure high performance
Requirements
- 7+ years of lead generation, business development, or sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven track record of building and managing high-performing outbound teams
- Strong knowledge of B2B demand generation strategies and tools (HubSpot, CRM platforms, outreach automation)
- Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and drive decisions
- Competitive and results-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to inspire the same in others
