About the role

  • Administer and enhance core HR systems
  • Manage daily system administration, security, data integrity, and reporting
  • Collaborate with a global team to build scalable programs for onboarding, offboarding, etc.
  • Identify and implement AI and automation opportunities across HR

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years of experience in HR Systems, HRIS, People Operations, or a related HR/people analytics role
  • Hands-on experience administering HR systems, ideally including ADP Workforce Now & Greenhouse
  • Strong understanding of HR data structures
  • Proven track record performing regular data audits
  • Ability to manage user access and security groups
  • Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Experience working with large datasets and performing analysis
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools
  • Experience in People/HR Operations in a global environment
