Administer and maintain Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Manage compliance policies, configuration profiles, and applications on Windows 10/11, Android, and iOS.
Provide L2/L3 support for incidents related to Intune and endpoints.
Actively participate in projects such as Zero Trust, Autopilot, and Co-management.
Contribute to endpoint hardening (BitLocker, antivirus, MFA, etc.) in coordination with the security teams.
Automate routine tasks using PowerShell.

Requirements

Strong command of Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager.
Solid knowledge of Windows 10/11, Azure Active Directory, Office 365, application deployment, Group Policy (GPO), BitLocker, and Autopilot.
Strong proficiency in PowerShell for automation.
Understanding of workstation security challenges.
Previous successful experience in a similar role is required.
