About the role
- General administrative tasks (incoming mail, filing, etc.)
- Support in the operational day-to-day business
- Maintenance and updating of personnel files and digital HR systems (SAP)
- Preparation of documents (certificates, letters)
- Participation in payroll processing
- Support with reference/certificate creation and data maintenance
- Preparation of reports and assistance with smaller projects
- Contributing to the optimization and digitization processes in HR Operations
Requirements
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken
- Enrollment at a German university or college
- Curiosity and willingness to embrace change
