About the role
- Advising Messe Berlin’s operational and central business units and its group companies on all legal matters, with a focus on civil, commercial and events law
- Drafting and revising contract templates and general terms and conditions
- Drafting and reviewing individual contracts covering a variety of mainly civil law issues
- Advising on new projects and/or business models and developing legally sound, practical solutions
- Commissioning, managing and coordinating external counsel domestically and internationally
Requirements
- Qualified lawyer (Assessor jur.) or Master of Laws (LL.M.)
- Solid legal knowledge and ideally initial professional experience as an attorney, in-house counsel (Syndic) or corporate counsel
- Excellent written and spoken English
