About the role
- Develop and advance diversity management
- Implement measures to promote diversity and inclusion
- Monitor progress toward objectives and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
- Support and contribute to events aimed at strengthening diversity
- Advise employees on planning seminars and training programs
- Support the organization and implementation of personnel development initiatives
- Serve as the first-level support contact for the learning and training platform
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or Diversity Management
- Experience in diversity management, including implementing initiatives and organizing events to promote diversity
- Professional experience in personnel development and recruitment, as well as planning and executing organizational tasks
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Strong MS365 (Microsoft 365) skills
