About the role

  • Develop and advance diversity management
  • Implement measures to promote diversity and inclusion
  • Monitor progress toward objectives and ensure compliance with statutory reporting requirements
  • Support and contribute to events aimed at strengthening diversity
  • Advise employees on planning seminars and training programs
  • Support the organization and implementation of personnel development initiatives
  • Serve as the first-level support contact for the learning and training platform

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Social Sciences, or Diversity Management
  • Experience in diversity management, including implementing initiatives and organizing events to promote diversity
  • Professional experience in personnel development and recruitment, as well as planning and executing organizational tasks
  • Excellent German and English language skills
  • Strong MS365 (Microsoft 365) skills
