  • Partner with executive leadership to build and execute people strategies that support our growth and evolving organizational needs.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen company culture, enhance cross-border collaboration, and foster a high-performing, inclusive work environment.

  • Build and implement frameworks for performance reviews, compensation planning, employee development, and retention.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced, global tech or startup environments.
  • Proven success in scaling an organization from early stage (<100) to mid-size (300+), including team building and HR infrastructure setup.
  • Strong background in organizational management, culture development, and employee engagement across different time zones and cultures.
  • Hands-on experience with hiring and retaining high-caliber technical and creative talent.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Mandarin.
