About the role
- Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems
- Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components
- Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows
- Partner closely with product, design, and external teams
- Improve system reliability, security, and performance
- Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices
- Influence the roadmap and lead large-scale technical initiatives
Requirements
- 8+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer
- Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks
- Familiar with DeFi primitives
- Experience with modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)
- Experience with backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)
- Experience with smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity)
- Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle
- Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems
- Frontend-leaning or backend-leaning profiles welcome
