About the role

  • Design, build, and operate production-grade Web3 systems used by real customers and assets at scale
  • Own features end-to-end across frontend, backend, and on-chain components (with depth aligned to your strengths)
  • Lead the design and implementation of complex workflows involving wallets, transactions, settlements, and orchestration
  • Partner closely with product, design, and external teams to turn ambiguous requirements into robust technical solutions
  • Improve system reliability, security, and performance across distributed and on-chain components
  • Mentor other engineers and contribute to engineering best practices, architecture reviews, and technical direction

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of professional experience as a Full-stack Web3 Engineer with production experience across frontend, backend, and on-chain components
  • Hands-on experience with Web3 building blocks, such as wallet connectivity/integrations, dApp development, blockchain RPCs and indexing, and/or on-chain/off-chain payment & settlements flows
  • Familiar with DeFi primitives (e.g., DEXs, swaps, lending, trading platforms)
  • Experience with some combination of:
  • Modern frontend frameworks (e.g., TypeScript, React, Redux)
  • Backend services and APIs (e.g., C#, Node.js, Go, Java, or similar)
  • Smart contracts and on-chain interactions (e.g., Solidity)
  • Strong understanding of the transaction lifecycle (signing, submission, execution) and a security-first mindset when designing Web3 systems
  • Solid fundamentals in building scalable, reliable, observable distributed systems (monitoring, logging, tracing, performance)
