About the role
- Close collaboration with key stakeholders to develop and implement HR strategies
- Primary point of contact for all HR-related matters within the business team
- Change management, including organizational restructuring and process improvements
- Identifying opportunities to enhance the employee experience
- Coaching and supporting on-site leaders and managers
- Responsible for recruitment, contract administration, and related administrative tasks
- Ensuring compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Collaboration with HR colleagues across the EMEA region
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification
- 5+ years of progressive HR experience
- Sound knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and handle sensitive HR matters diplomatically
- Experience efficiently managing multiple HR projects from conception to implementation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint)
- Good written and spoken English and German
