About the role
- Facilitate 40–50 minute intake calls and brief program check-ins via Zoom.
- Support participants in our 12-week digital program through secure clinical chat (approx. 10–15 minutes per participant per week).
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary care team and provide feedback to improve our tools and outcomes.
- Track participant progress using our digital platform and maintain clinical documentation aligned with ethical and legal standards.
Requirements
- Doctoral or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy).
- Full, independent licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LCSW) in California (multi-state licensure a plus).
- 3+ years of post-licensure experience working with teens and adults navigating depression, anxiety, stress, or burnout.
- Training in CBT, mindfulness-based therapy, and evidence-based care.
- Cultural competence, clinical excellence, and compassion.
- Comfort using technology and adaptability in a fast-growing, innovative environment.
- A computer that meets the system requirements to run Venn.
