• Erstellung und Pflege von Produktangeboten auf Amazon, eBay, Kaufland und im eigenen Onlineshop
• Pflege und Optimierung von Produktbeschreibungen, Bildern und Keywords in JTL und Marktplatz-Oberflächen
• Überwachung und Pflege der Preisgestaltung
• Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen im Bereich E-Commerce
• Analyse und Reporting von Verkaufszahlen
• Prozessoptimierung entlang der gesamten E-Commerce-Kette
• Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen für technische und inhaltliche Optimierungen

• Creation and maintenance of product listings on Amazon, eBay, Kaufland and our own online shop
• Maintenance and optimization of product descriptions, images and keywords in JTL and marketplace interfaces
• Monitoring and maintenance of pricing
• Handling customer inquiries related to e-commerce
• Analysis and reporting of sales figures
• Process optimization across the entire e-commerce chain
• Collaboration with other departments on technical and content-related optimizations
