Key responsibilities & impact

Creation and maintenance of product listings on Amazon, eBay, Kaufland and our own online shop
Maintenance and optimization of product descriptions, images and keywords in JTL and marketplace interfaces
Monitoring and maintenance of pricing
Handling customer inquiries related to e-commerce
Analysis and reporting of sales figures
Process optimization across the entire e-commerce chain
Collaboration with other departments on technical and content-related optimizations

Requirements

What you’ll need

You have experience in e-commerce, particularly on online marketplaces
Ideally, you have experience with JTL software or can quickly familiarize yourself with ERP systems
You work analytically, in a structured manner, and reliably
You are communicative and enjoy working in a team
