About the role
- Lead generation & prospecting: Research potential customers in the public sector and build a steady outbound pipeline.
- Outreach & engagement: Contact leads via email, phone, on-site visits, and events.
- Qualification & closing: Conduct discovery calls and demos, create compelling proposals, and negotiate through to closing.
- Process optimization: Continuously improve our sales processes — pitch decks, call scripts, CRM workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.
- Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and the founding team.
Requirements
- Relevant sales experience: 1+ years of experience in tech sales in a quota-carrying role.
- Results-oriented: You consistently deliver, take initiative where needed, and aren’t discouraged by setbacks.
- Owner mindset: You work independently, make decisions, and don’t wait for instructions.
- Excellent with people: You listen well, read situations, and always find the right tone — whether in sales or in spontaneous conversations.
- C2 German proficiency is essential.
- Customer-first: You understand that our customers always come first.
