Account Executive

• Lead generation & prospecting: Research potential customers in the public sector and build a steady outbound pipeline.
• Outreach & engagement: Contact leads via email, phone, on-site visits, and events.
• Qualification & closing: Conduct discovery calls and demos, create compelling proposals, and negotiate through to closing.
• Process optimization: Continuously improve our sales processes — pitch decks, call scripts, CRM workflows, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Cross-functional collaboration: Work closely with Customer Success, Product, and the founding team.

Full-stack Engineer

• Design, build, and operate AI systems in production (e.g., Conversational AI, RAG, agents, voice)
• Develop scalable backend architectures for a multi-tenant SaaS
• Make fundamental technical decisions (cloud, data models, infrastructure, tooling)
• Own features and systems end-to-end – from concept to production deployment with customers
