About the role
- Provide customer support through chat, phone and email
- Assist the Management Team by reporting technical issues and providing insights into market developments
- Maintain customer records in compliance with data protection procedures
- Meet both department and individual SLAs
- Document customer interactions to maintain a complete customer history
- Resolve product and/or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining root causes
- Support management with other projects and duties as requested
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and familiarity with the gaming industry
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
- Ambitious and able to work effectively in a multicultural team
- Availability to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
