About the role

  • Provide customer support through chat, phone and email
  • Assist the Management Team by reporting technical issues and providing insights into market developments
  • Maintain customer records in compliance with data protection procedures
  • Meet both department and individual SLAs
  • Document customer interactions to maintain a complete customer history
  • Resolve product and/or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining root causes
  • Support management with other projects and duties as requested

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support and familiarity with the gaming industry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
  • Ambitious and able to work effectively in a multicultural team
  • Availability to work shifts, including weekdays and weekends
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
