About the role

  • As a (Senior) HR Business Partner, you advise managers on all HR and employment law issues
  • You also support employee meetings, change processes and personnel measures across the entire employee lifecycle
  • Analyzing and handling employment law matters and developing sustainable solutions are also part of your responsibilities
  • You work in a trusted manner with the works councils and support co-determination processes
  • In addition, you identify HR trends, derive new measures and actively participate in HR projects and the further development of our HR work
  • Finally, regular travel to our casino locations in Lower Saxony completes your range of duties.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., BWL), business law, business psychology or similar — ideally with a focus on HR, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a comparable additional qualification
  • Several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in a comparable HR Business Partner role
  • Solid knowledge of labor law, social security law and works council law (Betriebsverfassungsrecht)
  • Strong communication and advisory skills as well as excellent organizational abilities
  • Self-initiative, solution-oriented way of working and a team-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel within Lower Saxony
