About the role
- Perform professional maintenance, repairs and fault rectifications on electrical systems at the branches in your area of responsibility
- Carry out general minor handyman repairs
- Support dismantling, renovation and conversion projects, particularly concerning electrical systems
- Assemble furniture and carry out painting work
- Retrofit and install lighting fixtures and decorative elements
- Act as inspector for work carried out by external service providers and ensure that all measures are executed professionally
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g. electrician or electronics technician for power and building services, or an equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in maintaining electrical systems or in technical facility management is an advantage
- Manual dexterity and ideally experience in general tasks such as furniture assembly or painting
- Class B driving licence as well as flexibility and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
- Independent, reliable and solution-oriented way of working
- Team player with a service-oriented manner and a structured, self-directed working style
