About the role

  • Identify staff development needs and advise on appropriate, tailored development measures
  • Serve as the central contact for part-time professional training and study programs
  • Support the development of concepts for new content for HR development measures
  • Continuously improve internal HR development processes
  • Research, select, and collaborate with external training providers
  • Prepare and analyze reports

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification
  • Professional experience in HR development and in conceptual/design work
  • Familiarity with seminar management software or an e-learning system
  • Strong customer- and service-orientation as well as pronounced analytical and communication skills
  • Trainer qualification or trainer training is desirable
