About the role
- Identify staff development needs and advise on appropriate, tailored development measures
- Serve as the central contact for part-time professional training and study programs
- Support the development of concepts for new content for HR development measures
- Continuously improve internal HR development processes
- Research, select, and collaborate with external training providers
- Prepare and analyze reports
Requirements
- Degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in HR development and in conceptual/design work
- Familiarity with seminar management software or an e-learning system
- Strong customer- and service-orientation as well as pronounced analytical and communication skills
- Trainer qualification or trainer training is desirable
