About the role
- Supervision of all gaming areas
- Ensuring the compliant conduct of gaming activities in the assigned gaming area
- Guest service and customer retention
- Resolution of disputes
- Preparation of the daily schedule / deployment plan for all gaming operations staff
- Leadership, shift planning and motivation of the team
- Administrative duties
- Representation of the management level in their absence
Requirements
- Several years of experience in slot machine operations and/or table games
- Willingness to be trained in all areas
- Excellent German and good English skills
- Good IT skills (MS Office)
- Fulfillment of regulatory requirements
- Commitment, teamwork and ability to work under pressure
