About the role

  • Supervision of all gaming areas
  • Ensuring the compliant conduct of gaming activities in the assigned gaming area
  • Guest service and customer retention
  • Resolution of disputes
  • Preparation of the daily schedule / deployment plan for all gaming operations staff
  • Leadership, shift planning and motivation of the team
  • Administrative duties
  • Representation of the management level in their absence

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in slot machine operations and/or table games
  • Willingness to be trained in all areas
  • Excellent German and good English skills
  • Good IT skills (MS Office)
  • Fulfillment of regulatory requirements
  • Commitment, teamwork and ability to work under pressure
