About the role

  • Independently repair, install, and maintain payment and banking systems on customers' premises
  • Closely collaborate with our product management and support teams
  • Analyze, resolve, and document software and hardware issues
  • Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or Automation Technology, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
  • Previous experience in field service is desirable
  • Valid Class B driver's license
  • IT knowledge of operating systems and networks is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with people, persuasive skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
  • High willingness to travel and to be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception)
  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and the ability to work in a team
