About the role
- Independently repair, install, and maintain payment and banking systems at customer sites
- Work closely with our product management and support teams
- Analyze, resolve, and document software and hardware issues
- Serve as a competent point of contact for our customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
- Initial experience in field service is desirable
- Valid driving license class B
- IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people, persuasive communication skills, and a customer-oriented mindset
- High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception), reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
