About the role
- Identify training needs of specialists and managers through targeted needs analysis
- Define learning objectives and design new training programs, taking responsibility for their implementation
- Prepare necessary training materials
- Plan, coordinate and evaluate training processes
- Design, facilitate and evaluate workshops
Requirements
- University degree in Educational Science (Diploma), Social Pedagogy or Psychology
- At least 3 years' experience delivering workshops and/or training
- Excellent IT user skills
- Strong instructional and methodological skills
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Occasional willingness to travel
