About the role
- Guest service (food and beverages) and explaining games to players
- Player protection, including conducting exclusion and advisory meetings
- Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and accounting
- Inspection of machines (including meter readings and minor repairs)
- Preparation of reports and logs
- Supervising, scheduling and onboarding staff in the gaming hall
- Administrative tasks (e.g., duty scheduling, reporting)
Requirements
- Proven experience in gaming hall operations
- Strong customer-service orientation
