About the role

  • First point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters
  • Advise executive management and leadership levels on strategic and operational HR topics
  • Provide support during employee discussions, change processes, and personnel actions
  • Analyze and address HR-related and employment law questions
  • Develop viable solutions in challenging situations
  • Implement measures based on HR trends
  • Participate in a variety of HR projects and contribute ideas to further develop HR work

Requirements

  • Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology) — ideally with a focus on HR — or a completed commercial apprenticeship with equivalent additional qualifications
  • Professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • High interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent organizational talent
  • Consulting competence, self-initiative, and a solution-oriented working style
  • Very good English skills and willingness to travel
