About the role
- First point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters
- Advise executive management and leadership levels on strategic and operational HR topics
- Provide support during employee discussions, change processes, and personnel actions
- Analyze and address HR-related and employment law questions
- Develop viable solutions in challenging situations
- Implement measures based on HR trends
- Participate in a variety of HR projects and contribute ideas to further develop HR work
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., Business Administration, Business Law, Business Psychology) — ideally with a focus on HR — or a completed commercial apprenticeship with equivalent additional qualifications
- Professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- High interpersonal skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent organizational talent
- Consulting competence, self-initiative, and a solution-oriented working style
- Very good English skills and willingness to travel
