About the role
- You will administer and manage our SAP systems (e.g. ERP ECC & S/4 HANA, BTP, SAC, BW, BO/BI, HANA DB, MaxDB) and ensure their smooth operation.
- Optimizing and further developing the SAP landscape is one of your central responsibilities.
- You will connect SAP cloud services and integrate them holistically into the existing on-premises infrastructure.
- You will plan and perform system updates, patches, and backups.
- You are responsible for planning, designing, and implementing SAP Basis projects, such as S/4 transformations, in collaboration with our in-house SAP consultants and the business departments.
Requirements
- Completed vocational training in IT
- Degree in (business) informatics / computer science or a comparable qualification
- Initial experience in SAP administration and knowledge of SAP Basis
- Database knowledge, ideally MaxDB or HANA DB
- Experience with Linux is a plus
- Good German and English skills
