About the role

  • Ensure IT operations at headquarters and branch locations
  • Install, maintain and further develop systems and networks (WAN/LAN, servers, telephony systems, multimedia)
  • Provide end-user support, incident and problem management including documentation
  • Maintain user profiles, group policies and file servers
  • Set up workstations; configure hardware and network settings
  • Advance central services and automation solutions

Requirements

  • Degree or vocational training in IT
  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a system administrator
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS/DHCP/VPN, PowerShell, etc.)
  • Experience with software distribution (e.g., Ivanti DSM), ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO, Jira) and networking (routers, switches, WLAN)
  • Hands‑on mentality, structured working style and strong problem‑solving skills
  • Very good German and good English skills
