About the role
- Ensure IT operations at headquarters and branch locations
- Install, maintain and further develop systems and networks (WAN/LAN, servers, telephony systems, multimedia)
- Provide end-user support, incident and problem management including documentation
- Maintain user profiles, group policies and file servers
- Set up workstations; configure hardware and network settings
- Advance central services and automation solutions
Requirements
- Degree or vocational training in IT
- 3–5 years of professional experience as a system administrator
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft environments (servers, Active Directory, Exchange, DNS/DHCP/VPN, PowerShell, etc.)
- Experience with software distribution (e.g., Ivanti DSM), ticketing systems (e.g., OTOBO, Jira) and networking (routers, switches, WLAN)
- Hands‑on mentality, structured working style and strong problem‑solving skills
- Very good German and good English skills
