About the role
- Guest service (food and beverages) and explaining games to players
- Player protection and conducting exclusion and counseling consultations
- Operation of IT systems for gaming operations and billing
- Inspection of gaming machines (including meter readings and minor repairs)
- Preparation of reports and protocols
- Supervision, scheduling and onboarding of staff in the gaming area
- Administrative tasks (e.g., shift planning, reporting)
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of gaming floor operations
- Strong customer-service orientation
- Ability to manage conflicts and make decisions
- Willingness to work shifts
- Strong organizational skills
- Good German language skills
