About the role

  • Troubleshooting, maintenance and modernization of electrical systems
  • Proper repairs, maintenance and fault rectification on electrical systems in the branches
  • General small craft repairs such as preparatory work for appliance installations (e.g., ovens)
  • Relocating sockets and light switches or performing simple inspection and remedial work
  • Support for dismantling, renovation and conversion measures
  • Equipping lighting units and decorative elements
  • Inspection of work carried out by external service providers

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, e.g., as an electrician or electronics technician for power and building services, or an equivalent qualification
  • Initial experience in the maintenance of electrical systems or in technical facility management is an advantage
  • Manual dexterity and ideally experience in general tasks such as furniture assembly or painting
  • Driver’s license class B, plus flexibility and willingness to travel, including occasional overnight stays
  • Independent, reliable and solution-oriented working style
  • Team player with a service-oriented demeanor and a structured, self-directed approach to work
