About the role
- Independently repair, install and maintain payment and banking systems at our customers’ sites
- Work closely with product management and support
- Carry out tasks with speed, expertise and customer focus
- Install and configure software and hardware according to various migration strategies
- Provide customer briefings and training following new installations
- Analyze, resolve and document software and hardware issues
- Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
- Initial experience in field service is desirable
- Valid driver’s license (Class B)
- IT knowledge of operating systems and networks is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people
- Persuasiveness and customer-oriented thinking
- High willingness to travel and to be deployed on-site
