About the role
- Identify personnel development needs across various departments
- Advise departments on tailored development measures
- Act as the central point of contact for part-time continuing education and degree programs
- Independently manage requests from initiation through to implementation
- Support the design of new content for HR development measures
- Continuously refine and improve internal HR development processes
- Research, select, and collaborate with external training providers
- Prepare and analyze reporting
Requirements
- University degree in a relevant field or an equivalent qualification
- Professional experience in HR development and in conceptual/design work
- Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS) or e-learning platform
- Strong customer and service orientation, with pronounced analytical and communication skills
- Trainer qualification or trainer certification desirable
