About the role
- Independently repair, install and maintain payment and banking systems at customer sites
- Work closely with our product management and support teams
- Customer satisfaction and service quality are your top priorities
- Install and configure software and hardware according to various migration strategies
- Provide customer briefings and training following new installations
- Analyze, resolve and document software and hardware issues
- Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact for our customers and colleagues
Requirements
- Completed technical vocational training (e.g., mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician, or equivalent training in electromechanics)
- Initial experience in field service is desirable
- Valid driving license (Class B)
- IT knowledge of operating systems and networks is an advantage
- Enjoy working with people, persuasive communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
- High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception)
- Reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
