About the role
- First point of contact for managers and employees on all HR matters
- Provide expert advice to management and leadership teams on strategic and operational HR topics
- Support employee discussions, change processes and personnel measures across the employee lifecycle
- Analyze and address HR-related personnel and labor law issues
- Develop viable solutions in challenging situations
- Actively contribute to a variety of HR projects and propose ideas to further develop HR activities
Requirements
- Degree in business administration (e.g., BWL, business law, business psychology) — ideally with a focus on HR — or a completed commercial apprenticeship with comparable additional qualifications
- Professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- Strong interpersonal skills, excellent communication abilities and outstanding organizational talent
- Advisory competence, self‑initiative and a solution‑oriented working style
- Very good command of English and willingness to travel
