About the role
- As (Senior) HR Business Partner, you advise managers on all HR-management and employment-law matters
- You also support employee discussions, change processes and personnel measures across the entire employee lifecycle
- Analyzing and handling employment-law issues and developing viable solutions are also part of your responsibilities
- You work closely and confidentially with the works council and support co-determination processes
- You identify HR trends, derive new measures and actively contribute to HR projects and the further development of our HR activities
- Finally, regular travel to our casino locations in Lower Saxony completes your responsibilities
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in business administration (e.g., BWL), business law or business psychology — ideally with a focus on HR, or a completed commercial apprenticeship with a comparable additional qualification
- Several years of experience in operational HR work, ideally in a comparable HR Business Partner role
- Sound knowledge of labor law, social security law and works council/co-determination law
- Strong communication and advisory skills as well as excellent organizational ability
- Initiative, a solution-oriented working style and team orientation
- Willingness to travel within Lower Saxony
