About the role

  • Independent repair, installation and maintenance of payment and banking systems at our customers' sites
  • Close cooperation with our product management and support teams
  • Analysis, resolution and documentation of software and hardware issues
  • Competent point of contact for our customers and your colleagues
  • Customer briefings and training following new installations

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g. mechatronics technician, electronics technician for devices and systems or automation technology, IT specialist for system integration, IT systems electronics technician or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
  • Initial experience in field service is desirable
  • Driver's license (Class B)
  • IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with people, persuasive skills and customer-oriented thinking
  • High willingness to travel and be deployed (overnight hotel stays are the exception)
  • Reliability, communication skills and the ability to work in a team
