About the role

  • Independently repair, install and maintain payment and banking systems at customer sites
  • Work closely with our product management and support teams
  • Conduct customer briefings and training following new installations
  • Analyze, resolve and document software and hardware issues
  • Act as a knowledgeable point of contact for our customers and colleagues

Requirements

  • Successfully completed technical vocational training (e.g., Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician for Devices and Systems or Automation Technology, IT Specialist for System Integration, IT Systems Electronics Technician, or a comparable qualification in electromechanics)
  • Initial experience in field service is desirable
  • Class B driver's license
  • IT knowledge in operating systems and networks is an advantage
  • Enjoy working with people, persuasive communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset
  • High willingness to travel and to be on assignment (overnight stays are the exception), reliability, strong communication and teamwork skills
