About the role
- In your role as Trainer (m/f/d), you identify training needs for specialists and managers through targeted needs analysis, taking into account the company’s individual objectives, and define appropriate learning content.
- You design new training programs and implement them independently.
- You prepare the necessary training materials autonomously.
- In addition, you plan, coordinate and evaluate training processes.
- Your expertise is also required for designing, facilitating and evaluating workshops.
Requirements
- Successfully completed degree in Educational Science (Dipl.-Pädagogik), Social Pedagogy or Psychology
- At least 3 years of experience delivering workshops and/or training
- Excellent IT user skills
- Strong didactic and methodological abilities
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mindset
- Willingness to travel occasionally
