About the role
- First point of contact for leaders and employees on all HR matters
- Advise executive management and leadership levels on strategic and operational HR topics
- Support employee discussions, change processes, and personnel measures
- Analyze and handle HR management and labor law issues
- Develop solutions in challenging situations
- Identify and implement current HR trends
- Actively contribute to diverse HR projects and bring forward your own ideas to further develop HR work
Requirements
- University degree in business administration (e.g., BWL), business law, business psychology, or similar — ideally with a focus on HR
- Or a completed commercial apprenticeship with comparable additional qualifications
- Professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
- Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
- High social skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent organizational talent
- Consulting competence, self-initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working
- Very good English skills and willingness to travel
