About the role

  • First point of contact for leaders and employees on all HR matters
  • Advise executive management and leadership levels on strategic and operational HR topics
  • Support employee discussions, change processes, and personnel measures
  • Analyze and handle HR management and labor law issues
  • Develop solutions in challenging situations
  • Identify and implement current HR trends
  • Actively contribute to diverse HR projects and bring forward your own ideas to further develop HR work

Requirements

  • University degree in business administration (e.g., BWL), business law, business psychology, or similar — ideally with a focus on HR
  • Or a completed commercial apprenticeship with comparable additional qualifications
  • Professional experience in HR, preferably in a comparable role
  • Solid knowledge of labor and social security law
  • High social skills, strong communication abilities, and excellent organizational talent
  • Consulting competence, self-initiative, and a solution-oriented way of working
  • Very good English skills and willingness to travel
