About the role

  • Technical support for a fixed service area around Mannheim, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Pforzheim and Heilbronn
  • Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines
  • Answer technical questions on site
  • Perform network-related tasks
  • Occasional cash collection from machines
  • Receive daily work orders in digital form
  • Support a regular customer base

Requirements

  • Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
  • Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the amusement/gaming machine industry
  • Knowledge of communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) is desirable
  • Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
