About the role
- Technical support for a fixed service area around Mannheim, Stuttgart, Karlsruhe, Pforzheim and Heilbronn
- Commissioning, maintenance and repair of entertainment and gaming machines
- Answer technical questions on site
- Perform network-related tasks
- Occasional cash collection from machines
- Receive daily work orders in digital form
- Support a regular customer base
Requirements
- Successfully completed vocational training in electronics, information technology, or radio and television technology
- Professional experience as a field service technician, ideally in the amusement/gaming machine industry
- Knowledge of communications and network technology (Ethernet technology, cabling and components, e.g. switches) is desirable
- Outgoing, service-oriented personality combined with a responsible working style
