Plan, operate, and monitor hybrid infrastructure (cloud/on-premises)
Develop and document best practices for deployment and maintenance
Drive continuous monitoring and optimization of system performance and resource utilization
Increase automation and shift toward Infrastructure as Code
Containerize and automate workflows and products
Strengthen overall security, with a particular focus on endpoint protection
Monitor industry trends and new technologies to proactively improve infrastructure efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design scalable, reliable architectures

Requirements

Experience supporting operating systems
LPIC, Ansible, Terraform, or Kubernetes certifications preferred
Solid IT infrastructure knowledge; interest in Kubernetes or specialization in configuration management
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems such as Git
Advanced Linux skills
Excellent English skills; conversational German is a plus
